The Sacred Sanctuary Sunday Service is a luxurious, soul-soothing weekly gathering for women—held inside of our Spiritual Healing Center and also virtually on Zoom—created for those who desire a sacred place to exhale, be restored, and return home to themselves.
This is not a traditional church service. It is a sanctuary experience—a gentle, reverent space where women from all religions and spiritual paths are warmly welcomed and deeply honored. Whether you pray, meditate, reflect, or simply breathe, you will find room here.
Each Sunday, we gather to soften the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open the heart through a beautiful blend of sacred practices such as:
grounding and breathwork for emotional regulation
soothing sound and “soaking” music to support deep restoration
